For Dr. Donna P. McCullum, education has always been about more than earning a degree—it's about discovering purpose, creating opportunities, and empowering others to realize their full potential.

Throughout her career as an educator, mentor, leader, and advocate, Dr. McCullum witnessed the challenges many young women face as they transition into higher education. While financial assistance is essential, she recognized that students also need encouragement, guidance, professional exposure, and a community that believes in them.

That belief inspired the creation of the Donna P. McCullum Foundation for Educational Excellence in 2019.

Today, DPMFEE serves as more than a scholarship foundation. It is a village committed to helping scholars navigate college and confidently prepare for life beyond graduation. Under Dr. McCullum's leadership, the foundation provides scholarship support, mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful connections that empower young women to grow into confident leaders within their communities.

Her mission extends beyond the foundation. Dr. McCullum is also an author and the creator of Feminine Epiphany Greeting Cards, inspiring women through thoughtful writing, encouragement, and messages of hope. Whether through education, philanthropy, or creative expression, her life's work reflects a single purpose: helping women recognize their worth, embrace their potential, and pursue lives of impact.

Dr. McCullum believes every young woman deserves a village—people who will encourage her, advocate for her, celebrate her successes, and remind her that she belongs wherever her dreams may lead.
