At the Donna P. McCullum Foundation for Educational Excellence (DPMFEE), we believe that when a young woman is supported, encouraged, and surrounded by people who believe in her, there is no limit to what she can achieve.

Founded in 2019, DPMFEE was created to remove barriers to higher education while ensuring that every scholar has something equally valuable—a community that walks alongside her long after a scholarship is awarded. We believe education opens doors, but lasting success is built through meaningful relationships, guidance, and opportunity.

Our foundation partners with schools, families, businesses, and community leaders who share our commitment to investing in the next generation of women leaders. Together, we provide more than financial assistance. We provide mentorship, encouragement, professional development, and a network of individuals dedicated to helping every scholar thrive academically, personally, and professionally.

At DPMFEE, we call this The Village—a community of mentors, partners, volunteers, and supporters who believe that no young woman should pursue her dreams alone. Through this collective support, scholars gain confidence, build meaningful connections, and discover new possibilities for their future.
